When Greg Petro founded First Insight in 2007, his goal was to re-ignite the retailer – customer relationship and enable retailers to “think like their customers.”

Now, with the addition of InsightPlanning, we enable retailers and manufacturers to set buy quantities with confidence.

Our customer reach has also expanded. First Insight’s customers span the entire retail landscape, including apparel, footwear, sporting goods, handbags, accessories, jewelry, beauty, and more.  Our customers also span the globe: in total, our customers are represented in over 30 countries.  We have dozens of customer case studies, each of which shows 3-9% gains in sales and margin.

Our ability to deliver complete solutions has also been enhanced.  First Insight’s integration with PTC’s Windchill® FlexPLM® solution enables retailers and brands to validate new designs at multiple stages during the product development process.  Our solution is mobile-enabled, cloud-based, and is leading-edge in every way.

Finally, our approach to delivering value has matured.  We guarantee margin gain results in all of our customer contracts, and we measure the value delivered every quarter.

We wanted our brand identity to reflect the strength and broad scope of our offerings.  So, we’ve updated our website and overall branding to reflect where we are as a company today: A technology company that helps retailers introduce the right new products at the right price.
