Coronavirus: Majority of Consumers Prefer Shopping Online & Younger Generations Expect Higher Promotional Offers to be Available Online Compared to In-Store


As stores reopen and U.S. ecommerce sales soar we asked U.S. consumers  about how COVID is impacting their purchase decisions, where they prefer to shop and what promotional discount expectations they have. The results suggest that all generations prefer the same shopping channels except Baby Boomers, and younger generations expect promotional offers to be better online compared to in-store across different categories.
