As part of First Insight’s ongoing series of consumer studies, “The Impact of Coronavirus on Consumer Purchase Decisions and Behaviors,” new data released includes consumer shopping behavior as vaccines roll out nationwide. The study found that Baby Boomers are not going back to shop in-store despite getting vaccinated. The survey of more than 1,000 people found an increase in baby boomers' spending on online shopping and also found that they are planning to go in-store less or the same amount compared to other generations.  Read our press release for more details.
