Technology firm First Insight has developed a new platform that combines enhanced customer insights with product-level analytics to help companies to increase speed-to-market and deliver customer-driven assortments.

The new customer experience platform, iCX, builds on First Insight's product testing solution to deliver customised engagements, flexible segmentation capabilities, and personalised offers. It also incorporates some of the latest technologies such as image recognition and survey branching.
